The room was clean (which i find important) and a decent size. The bed was super comfy, and i slept well. I also appreciated the selection of teas and coffees. A nice touch after a long day.

I noticed the floor had not been hoovered. It was quite dusty. there wasn't a towel in the room upon arrival. I would have liked a safe for my laptop. It was a concern as reception isn't always staffed.

The state of cleanliness was questionable. I found someone's old glasses under the bed (pretty gross) and an open water bottle beside it. the bins weren't emptied either. This made me question the overall hygiene of the room. also, there was a noticeable strong smell of curry throughout the building. This was rather overpowering and not very pleasant.

I recently enjoyed my stay! the staff was super kind and helpful. Katie especially was lovely. the owner asif had great customer service skills i noticed. the room was really comfortable and super clean too!

i would have really liked better locks for my laptop it's true! also a safe would be nice because the reception isn't always present. i ended up carrying my laptop everywhere!

underwhelming stay, some cleanliness issues

i didn't like finding the bathroom bin full from a previous guest, it felt a bit unhygienic. the main bin in the room also had some trash. plus, there was a half-empty water bottle on the refreshments tray. i feel like more attention to detail is needed for cleaning, it was a let down.

I appreciated the quick and easy check-in process. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful . I was really surprised to find complimentary tea and coffee in the room, a NICE touch. I found the location convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby.

The hallway lighting was a bit dim at night.

The guest house is located near public transportation, so getting around was simple. There were chemists and pubs only five minutes away. I found several convenience stores within walking distance. This was VERY convenient.

The owner was cute and friendly. I asked for an extended check-out and received it with NO issues. The staff helped with directions and information about local attractions.

the staff was very helpful and cute upon arrival. the room was clean and tidy (i noticed no dust at all!). i found warm touches, such as the provided water bottles and biscuits, particularly nice. the parking on the premises was also convenient.

i would have liked a safer way to secure my valuables. perhaps the addition of safes in rooms would improve this.
